Once we have a shortlist of potential candidates, we interview them thoroughly using an agreed format and client supplied questions where required.
An option to use modern assessments and aptitude tests that are specifically suited to the role is available.
We conclude the process by providing a Candidate Report for each short listed candidate, containing our interview observations and the results of any assessments.
